Nestled in the heart of Tampa’s Sunset Park neighborhood, the Dundee Park revitalization focused on enhancing the visitor experience while prioritizing natural preservation and pedestrian safety. The project implemented critical water and tree protection measures to safeguard the park’s mature canopy and natural landscape. Infrastructure upgrades included the installation of new sidewalks to provide safe pedestrian corridors along high-traffic borders, alongside the integration of modernized site amenities and landscape elements designed to create a serene, accessible recreational space within the urban environment.

Role: Construction Operations Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities: Led project execution for Dundee Park Improvements under the Hillsborough County Parks Department. Managed project team coordination for park upgrades including site amenities, pedestrian improvements, and landscape protection elements. Oversaw scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field execution throughout construction.
