This project involved the gut rehabilitation and transformation of a 50,000-square-foot building, formerly a Toys “R” Us retail store, into a modern Burlington location. Situated in a high-traffic retail corridor, the site serves a dense population of over 100,000 residents and a significant daytime employment base within a three-mile radius. Designed by CASCO, this big-box retail delivery required precise coordination to manage the 160,000+ daily vehicles passing through the nearby intersection.

Role: Construction Integration Manager/ Lead Architectural

Designer Responsibilities: Oversaw project execution for the design-build delivery, managing subcontractor performance and site logistics. Ensured the rehabilitation met brand standards while coordinating with architects and engineers to maintain the project schedule within the $2.5 million budget.

Located in Ferguson, Missouri, this commercial real estate development consisted of the ground-up construction of a 15,000-square-foot retail building on a two-acre site. Our team utilized a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) solution to meet the client’s efficiency and design requirements. Working alongside C2 Architecture, the project focused on delivering a high-quality retail environment tailored to the unique footprint of the Five Below brand.

Supported the project team by coordinating structural steel delivery, overseeing site work on the two-acre lot, and ensuring effective communication between the design team and construction stakeholders

This commercial development in New Mexico featured the construction of a new, state-of-the-art Planet Fitness facility. The scope of work comprehensive included structural steel framing and complete building construction to house the brand’s fitness equipment and member amenities. The project was executed to provide a durable, modern space that meets the high-occupancy demands of a national fitness center.

Directed subcontractor scopes and managed field operations to ensure the fitness center was delivered according to the brand’s specific architectural and operational standards

Centrally located on USF’s main campus, the new 86,000 SF Honors College stands as a landmark five-story facility designed by the world-renowned firm Morphosis. Beck-Envision spearheaded the preconstruction and construction management for this complex project, which integrates high-end finishes and versatile spaces including a ground-floor event center, a signature amphitheater, and modern learning environments comprised of labs, offices, and collaborative lounges.

Role: Project Engineer II

Responsibilities: Supported project execution by coordinating BIM, managing over $15 million in subcontractor scopes, leading trade coordination, resolving field conflicts, performing QA/QC inspections, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout construction.

The Tampa General Hospital USF Health College of Nursing Simulation Center is a cutting-edge clinical training facility designed to bridge the gap between education and practice. This high-density medical laboratory features 12 clinical examination rooms and four specialized simulation labs, supported by a sophisticated technical infrastructure including six high-fidelity simulation suites, six dedicated control rooms, and integrated debriefing classrooms for real-time performance analysis.

Role: Construction Operations / Project Manager

Responsibilities: Managed oversight of the project engineer assigned to the University of South Florida College of Nursing Expansion, supporting submittal review processes, closeout documentation, and subcontractor coordination throughout project completion.

This 96,132 SF, six-story expansion serves as a critical addition to The University of Tampa campus, featuring a complex structural bridge that seamlessly connects the new facility to an existing structure previously delivered in 2018. Integrated from the earliest stages, our team provided comprehensive executive support and project management in collaboration with the Beck Group. This multi-disciplinary effort spanned from preconstruction and sustainability consulting to final construction, ensuring the new Technology Building met the University’s rigorous standards for innovation and design.

Role: Project Engineer II
Responsibilities: Supported project execution by coordinating BIM modeling and managing drone scanning and site documentation operations. Assisted in field verification, progress tracking, and coordination between design teams and construction stakeholders.

The University of South Florida Construction Management Continuing Services program provides on-call construction management for a diverse portfolio of campus improvements. Projects ranged from renovations and interior build-outs to infrastructure upgrades and facility enhancements, supporting the University’s academic, research, and administrative operations while minimizing disruptions to occupied campus facilities.

Responsibilities: Led project execution for the University of South Florida Construction Management Continuing Services program, managing multiple concurrent projects. Oversaw project teams, coordinating schedules, consultants, and subcontractors to support successful delivery across ongoing institutional assignments.

Transformed Blake High School Stadium into a professional-caliber venue for the USL Super League’s Tampa Bay Sun FC. The comprehensive renovation modernized the existing facility with FIFA-approved synthetic turf, upgraded team locker rooms, expanded concession areas, dedicated fan zones, premium VIP amenities, a state-of-the-art video scoreboard, and increased seating capacity from 1,800 to more than 5,000 spectators. The project delivered a premier match-day experience while meeting the operational standards required for professional soccer.

Responsibilities: Led project execution for the USL Super League Stadium Improvements supporting Tampa Bay Sun FC, overseeing construction and installation activities for a professional sports facility. Managed the project team, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure successful completion on schedule for opening day.

Redeveloped Liberty Middle School’s outdoor recreational facilities into a modern, multi-purpose athletic complex. The project delivered a new pre-engineered metal play court canopy, synthetic turf activity area, and support building with restrooms, storage, and office space, while expanding the site to include 13 multi-sport courts designed to serve both students and the surrounding community.

Responsibilities: Led project execution for Liberty Middle School Play Court Cover, Envision’s first Construction Manager (CM) project. Managed the project team from initiation through completion, overseeing coordination, scheduling, and delivery to ensure successful execution on time and within budget.
