This project involved the gut rehabilitation and transformation of a 50,000-square-foot building, formerly a Toys “R” Us retail store, into a modern Burlington location. Situated in a high-traffic retail corridor, the site serves a dense population of over 100,000 residents and a significant daytime employment base within a three-mile radius. Designed by CASCO, this big-box retail delivery required precise coordination to manage the 160,000+ daily vehicles passing through the nearby intersection.

Role: Construction Integration Manager/ Lead Architectural

Designer Responsibilities: Oversaw project execution for the design-build delivery, managing subcontractor performance and site logistics. Ensured the rehabilitation met brand standards while coordinating with architects and engineers to maintain the project schedule within the $2.5 million budget.
