Designed by CASCO, this big-box retail delivery required precise coordination to manage the 160,000+ daily vehicles passing through the nearby intersection.

Located in Ferguson, Missouri, this commercial real estate development consisted of the ground-up construction of a 15,000-square-foot retail building on a two-acre site. Our team utilized a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) solution to meet the client’s efficiency and design requirements. Working alongside C2 Architecture, the project focused on delivering a high-quality retail environment tailored to the unique footprint of the Five Below brand.

Beck-Envision spearheaded the preconstruction and construction management for this complex project, which integrates high-end finishes and versatile spaces including a ground-floor event center, a signature amphitheater, and modern learning environments comprised of labs, offices, and collaborative lounges.

The Tampa General Hospital USF Health College of Nursing Simulation Center is a cutting-edge clinical training facility designed to bridge the gap between education and practice. This high-density medical laboratory features 12 clinical examination rooms and four specialized simulation labs, supported by a sophisticated technical infrastructure including six high-fidelity simulation suites, six dedicated control rooms, and integrated debriefing classrooms for real-time performance analysis.

This 96,132 SF, six-story expansion serves as a critical addition to The University of Tampa campus, featuring a complex structural bridge that seamlessly connects the new facility to an existing structure previously delivered in 2018. Integrated from the earliest stages, our team provided comprehensive executive support and project management in collaboration with the Beck Group. This multi-disciplinary effort spanned from preconstruction and sustainability consulting to final construction, ensuring the new Technology Building met the University’s rigorous standards for innovation and design.

Projects ranged from renovations and interior build-outs to infrastructure upgrades and facility enhancements, supporting the University’s academic, research, and administrative operations while minimizing disruptions to occupied campus facilities.

Transformed Blake High School Stadium into a professional-caliber venue for the USL Super League’s Tampa Bay Sun FC. The comprehensive renovation modernized the existing facility with FIFA-approved synthetic turf, upgraded team locker rooms, expanded concession areas, dedicated fan zones, premium VIP amenities, a state-of-the-art video scoreboard, and increased seating capacity from 1,800 to more than 5,000 spectators. The project delivered a premier match-day experience while meeting the operational standards required for professional soccer.

The project delivered a new pre-engineered metal play court canopy, synthetic turf activity area, and support building with restrooms, storage, and office space, while expanding the site to include 13 multi-sport courts designed to serve both students and the surrounding community.
