Transformed Blake High School Stadium into a professional-caliber venue for the USL Super League’s Tampa Bay Sun FC. The comprehensive renovation modernized the existing facility with FIFA-approved synthetic turf, upgraded team locker rooms, expanded concession areas, dedicated fan zones, premium VIP amenities, a state-of-the-art video scoreboard, and increased seating capacity from 1,800 to more than 5,000 spectators. The project delivered a premier match-day experience while meeting the operational standards required for professional soccer.

Responsibilities: Led project execution for the USL Super League Stadium Improvements supporting Tampa Bay Sun FC, overseeing construction and installation activities for a professional sports facility. Managed the project team, coordinating subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure successful completion on schedule for opening day.
