This 96,132 SF, six-story expansion serves as a critical addition to The University of Tampa campus, featuring a complex structural bridge that seamlessly connects the new facility to an existing structure previously delivered in 2018. Integrated from the earliest stages, our team provided comprehensive executive support and project management in collaboration with the Beck Group. This multi-disciplinary effort spanned from preconstruction and sustainability consulting to final construction, ensuring the new Technology Building met the University’s rigorous standards for innovation and design.

Role: Project Engineer II
Responsibilities: Supported project execution by coordinating BIM modeling and managing drone scanning and site documentation operations. Assisted in field verification, progress tracking, and coordination between design teams and construction stakeholders.
