This project consisted of the interior build-out of the corporate headquarters at The Motor Enclave, the world’s largest private garage community. Constructed within an existing shell space, the headquarters was designed to support daily operations while reflecting the premium character of the development. The program includes private offices, conference rooms, flexible workspaces with movable partition walls, a technology room, kitchen and collaborative common areas, wellness amenities, and a second-level balcony overlooking the driving circuit. In addition to the headquarters, the project included the concurrent delivery of multiple tenant garage units within the development.

Role: Construction Integration Manager / Lead Architectural Designer

Responsibility: Led project execution for The Motor Enclave headquarters build-out and multiple tenant units. Managed project teams from preconstruction through completion, coordinating with third-party inspection agencies, owners, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent scopes.
