Delivered the architectural design for the adaptive reuse and design-build redevelopment of a 50,000-square-foot former Toys “R” Us retail building into a modern multi-tenant retail center anchored by Burlington and Five Below. The project involved a comprehensive exterior transformation, tenant-specific storefront design, and coordination of building modifications to support new retail operations while enhancing the property’s marketability and long-term commercial value within a high-traffic retail corridor in Ferguson, Missouri.

Role: Construction Integration Manager / Lead Architectural Designer

Served as Lead Architectural Designer for the design-build redevelopment of a 50,000-square-foot retail center, directing the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation. Led design coordination with multidisciplinary consultants and the project team to deliver tenant-specific layouts, façade improvements, and building modifications that transformed a vacant former Toys “R” Us into a modern commercial development anchored by Burlington and Five Below.
