The project focused on the ground-up design-build execution of a modern retail hub, with a heavy emphasis on complex site logistics, high-efficiency parking solutions, and optimized traffic flow to support high-volume drive-thru operations and multi-tenant accessibility in a challenging geographic environment.

Role: Construction Integration Manager / Lead Architectural Designer

Led the architectural design and site planning for a multi-tenant retail development, managing the project from conceptual site layout through design development. Orchestrated the comprehensive parking and site circulation strategy, coordinating the placement of exclusive tenant parking, drive-thru queuing lanes, and pedestrian access to maximize operational efficiency. Directed coordination with the design-build team and engineering consultants to ensure the site’s layout met stringent local zoning requirements while supporting the specific branding and logistical needs of national retail tenants.
