Delivered comprehensive BIM (Building Information Modeling) coordination for a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) retail facility. The project focused on high-fidelity federal clash detection and spatial coordination between the primary steel superstructure and secondary interior systems. By utilizing advanced VDC protocols, the project identified and resolved structural interferences prior to fabrication, ensuring the seamless integration of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within the rigid-frame metal building geometry to mitigate field rework and maintain the construction schedule.
