The Raymond H. Neri Community Park project transformed an underutilized site into a vibrant, multi-use recreational destination for the surrounding community. Delivered through Envision’s first public design-build project, the park features a new children’s Playground, adult fitness course, dog park, picnic pavilions, restroom facility, open playfield, landscaped green spaces, expanded parking, and a network of new and rehabilitated multi-use trails. The project was designed to enhance community connectivity, promote active lifestyles, and provide accessible outdoor amenities for residents of all ages.

Role: Construction Integration Manager

Responsibilities: Led integrated design and construction execution for the Raymond H. Neri Community Park, Envision’s first design-build public project. Managed project teams through both design development and construction phases, coordinating multidisciplinary consultants, stakeholders, and field execution to successfully deliver the project.
