Led the site master planning and architectural design for a boutique mixed-use development in Venice, Florida, engineered to address the regional “missing middle” housing shortage. The project involved the strategic planning for the demolition of an existing structure and the architectural development of a high-density infill building, integrating commercial ground-floor retail with attainable residential units. The design prioritized site yield and urban density, providing a viable architectural framework for transit-oriented development and neighborhood revitalization.
